Beadwork has been dated back to Late Old Stone Age. Throughout history, we as humans have been drawn to adorn ourselves with beads.
I am fascinated with how this art form is taught, and the new beads and techniques, as well as learning the history of beadwork as it evolved over our planet.
Once a young software engineer told me this was a waste of time. I told him it was a fabulous waste of time and hung up on him.

Learn Basic even count peyote and guord/brick stitch around a finding and put together your own custom drop earrings. I bring a variety of beads that students can choose from to customize their earrings.

Students will learn how to use flat even-count peyote stitch, fringe, and finishing techniques.
Get inspired by some of the new shaped beads and create something easy and elegant to wear thats a quick project. This necklace is basically stringing with one layer of beads, but fun and quick to make. Students will learn stringing, working with different shapes of beads, and finishing techniques.
Succulents with their little clusters and colors create inspiration. These earrings use spikes and drops to create a fantastic succulent adornment for your ears without water or sunlight. Students will learn how to use tubular peyote stitch with different size Czech daggers and various drops.
